As First Time Exhibitors at NATPE’s annual Conference & Exhibition, we’d like to help you maximize your opportunities during the three-day exhibition. We have prepared a list of Frequently Asked Questions that will help you with planning, preparations, paperwork and logistics. Please take a few minutes to review this area.

In addition to the industry exposure gained by exhibiting at the annual NATPE Conference & Exhibition, your company is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the incredible concentration of industry decision makers that attend this important event. We encourage you to visit the online Buyers List, Attendees List, Speakers List and Press List to learn who will be attending this year’s event.

Notify those people or companies that are attending NATPE’s Conference & Exhibition of your plans to exhibit, including your booth number and on-site contact details in Las Vegas, as early as possible. We also suggest an early round of phone calls to schedule meetings with current or prospective clients. If people are hesitant to schedule appointments this far in advance, encourage them to ‘drop by’ your exhibit booth while they’re strolling the NATPE Exhibition floor.

Never underestimate the power of the press. NATPE’s Conference & Exhibition traditionally attracts hundreds of journalists from around the world, all looking for the hottest trend or new business model in television as well as quirky news stories. Let this group know who you are and where to find you at NATPE. You can contact NATPE’s public relations representatives, The Lippin Group, to request the latest list of press registrants. You can also use NATPE Industry Publications to learn more about these various publications.

NATPE also provides an on-site Press Room for journalists attending and covering the NATPE Conference & Exhibition. Exhibitors are invited to distribute press releases, press kits and other marketing materials to the journalists on-site by bringing these materials to the NATPE Press Room in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. You can also ship materials to the Press Room prior to the conference. For more information on how to do this contact The Lippin Group. The press room is also a good place to meet journalists before the NATPE Exhibition Floor opens.

In addition to your exhibition space, NATPE offers a number of Marketing Opportunities designed to garner exposure for your company, products and services. And if you have a great idea for marketing your company during the Conference & Exhibition, but don’t see it listed, email us and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

As you get closer to the NATPE Conference & Exhibition, be sure to check Conference News and Exhibitor News for updates directly from the NATPE Conference & Exhibition staff.

If you need help in writing a press release announcing your company’s participation as an Exhibitor at NATPE, download the Press Release Template [Microsoft Word] and fill in the blanks as suggested. Then send this document to the registered press list provided by The Lippin Group. Please note: the Lippin Group will not distribute your releases for you. You can do so on your own or you can link to NATPE newswire partner PR Newswire to utilize the many press outreach services they offer.You might also want to send the release to clients and others who may be interested in your company’s activities. And don’t forget to follow-up with a phone call to the journalists, both to confirm that they received your press release and also to invite them to drop by your exhibition booth during their time at the NATPE Conference & Exhibition.
