NATPE Publication Bin form must be returned via fax to NATPE at 310-453-5258 att: Hrair Sarkissian by no later than Monday, November 6, 2006. This form corresponds to how your publication’s name will appear on the bin at NATPE 2007. Please note that any changes made to the publication bin onsite will be accessed a change fee of $125.

Please provide the following information to Hrair Sarkissian by no later than Monday, January 8, 2007.

Failure to provide this information may result in your publications not being placed in the publication bins at NATPE 2007. The information can be faxed to 310-453-5258 or emailed to hrairss@natpe.org.

Delivery

All publications must be delivered by Sunday, January 14, 2007.

Shipments must be sent with freight charges prepaid: collect shipments will not be accepted. Label each box and address all shipping documentation/bills as follows for delivery to the show site:

All Publications must arrive between Friday, January 12 and Sunday January 14, 2007. Shipments arriving before this date need to be sent to The Freeman Company warehouse (address can be obtained by calling NATPE at 310-453-4440 or email NATPE. The average number of copies distributed is 250-400 per bin each day; bins will be refilled on a daily basis by Freeman Company staff onsite.
