Anthony Caporale has been a professional Bar Instructor and Bar Chef for almost 20 years. He has trained hundreds of servers, and prepared hundreds of thousands of drinks. His unique approach teaches you the bar from both sides – as a customer in front of the bar, you'll learn the correct way to order drinks, their history, and the differences between each type of liquor. From behind the bar, you'll discover the secrets to mixing drinks just like your favorite bartender!
Anthony is the Producer and Host of Art of the Drink TV (http://www.aotd.tv), and its companion feature-length DVD, Art of the Drink: Bar Essentials, Volume 1 (http://www.artofthedrink.com). The DVD is the best-selling instructional bartending DVD on the web, and the web TV show is the leading online cocktail video series. Art of the Drink TV has over 70 award-winning episodes available on every major web video site, TivoCast OnDemand, Cablevision Public Access, and nearly 100 local television broadcast stations. The series is an iTunes top-twenty-five Food Podcast and receives nearly a quarter-million views per month. Art of the Drink TV was named Best Instructional Vlog by Lulu.TV and Best Instructional Podcast by The New York Times online, and it has been translated into Spanish and Chinese making it available in the world's three most widely-spoken languages.
