Born and raised in Southern California, Chad Rogers thrives in the uber-luxury real estate business due to one important motto: give clients what they want, whenever they want… legally. Rogers has successfully branded himself as a high-end realtor while working for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland of the prestigious Hilton & Hyland. As well as representing the majority of houses in the Malibu Colony and rentals in the $75,000 plus bracket, Rogers has also been featured in The Robb Report’s July 2008 issue as a real estate specialist within the exclusive Malibu Colony. Chad’s early success began when he received his real estate license at the age of 18 and earned a degree in Business and a minor in Finance from the University of Denver. Rogers has shown his gratitude by sharing his advice in articles of LA Confidential, Angeleno Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Valley Magazine, LA Direct, LA Business Journal, LA Times, and Hot Properties. He also attended as guest speaker at the Scottsdale Association of Realtor’s event, the “Success 101 Speakers Series” hosted by the Young Professionals Global Network and was featured on CNBC’s “Kudlow Report” as a real estate expert.
Most recently, Rogers finished his second season of Bravo tv's hit show Million Dollar Listing. He also gives back to the community by participating every year in charities such as the International Green Shield organization that promotes the prevention of natural disasters by using green technologies, LA Food Bank, LA Mission, Christopher Reeve Organization, Wellness Community, Mentoring Partnership for L.A. County, Sheriff’s Youth Foundation, and more.
