Below are instructions to import the Conference Agenda (vCalendar) into Outlook:

1. Click here, select "Save", and download the vCalendar file to a known location, such as your desktop.
2. Open Outlook and choose "Import and Export".
3. Select the "Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs)" option and click "Next".
4. Select "vCalendar Format (*.vcs)" for Files of Type, locate the file, and click "Okay".
