Q: What are the system requirements for NATPE's Webinars?
A: To attend Web conferences you will need: a computer with access to the Internet to view the visual portion of the event; a functioning sound card and speakers or headphones for your PC; Windows Media Player (WMP) 9 or later (get it here); a compatible computer configuration. To test your computer:

Install and run Live Meeting console software if prompted to do so.
You should see a Live Meeting console with 3 revolving slides. If you are able to see all three slides your test is successful. If you are not able to see the slides or if your system is stalled, please contact Microsoft Event Support (Domestic: 1-800-893-8779 International: 1-971-544-3222). Top of Page
Q: What's a Webinar?
A: A Webinar is an online seminar. All users have to do is link into a special online site where they will have access to power point and research information while listening to a presentation via their computer speakers, all from the comfort of their office or home desk. No need to travel anywhere! Top of Page
Q: Where is my resource (DVD, Book, etc...) order?
A: Resource orders are shipped on the Friday of the week they are received. Books are sent via USPS Media Mail, and may take two to three weeks for delivery. Deliveries to countries outside the U.S. may take longer.
If you'd like to expedite your order, consider using the downloadable Resource Order Form and using your Fed-Ex account for delivery. Top of Page

A: We do not make old publications available, but current editions of the Guide to North American Media (formerly the Station Listing Guide) and the NATPE Show Guide are available for purchase in the online NATPE Store. Top of Page

A: No, but you can access the information in three other ways - in the printed Guide to North American Media, in the searchable, online NATPE Directory, and with pre-printed address labels (available by special request). Top of Page
