Your Personal InformationAll information you provide to us is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, and our database is protected behind a firewall. The SSL technology helps to prevent your information from being intercepted and read when it is sent to us via the Internet. We restrict access to non-public personal information we gather at our Web site to only those authorized individuals who need to know that information in order to fulfill their job function. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect members’ and consumers’ non-public personal information. Password SecurityWhen you establish a User Profile on the NATPE site, we ask that you create a username and password in order to further secure your personal information. We recommend that your password be a combination of letters and numbers to make it difficult to be guessed. Avoid using personal information such as birthday or street address when choosing your password. If you forget your password, you can contact NATPE and it will be emailed to the email address on record. We also recommend that you change your password periodically.
Logging In and OutNATPE recommends that you always logout of the site after finishing your transaction. Closing your browser window will not log you out, but quitting the application will automatically log you off of NATPE.org. Be sure to logout if you plan to step away from your computer when others may have access to your account.
Shopping OfflineNATPE understands that not everybody is comfortable shopping online. You can easily complete your purchases by fax or phone. To shop offline, download the appropriate order form from the NATPE Forms page and fax your order to NATPE. If you have any questions, please contact NATPE. |
